Three jobs that explain how John works.
Told by the customers, in their reviews. We only tidied the wording. (The heat was real. We checked the review twice.)
The 94-degree deck
A large deck rebuild, quoted at $18,200 and finished at $18,200. John and his partner arrived early every day and worked through 94-degree heat to finish in just over a week, the time he'd said at the start.

The shutters with the wrong hardware
A homeowner ordered shutters online. When John unboxed them, the hanging hardware was wrong. He went and got the right hardware and didn't charge for the extra time.
From Peter M.'s Angi review, December 2018
The shower that became a closet
Rot, ants and some mold behind a walk-in shower. The bathroom was too small for it anyway, so the shower came out, the room became a half bath with a linen closet, and the floor tile was matched. Tear-out to finish took under a week.

What customers notice.
The work gets the photos. The habits get the second job. These come straight from reviews.
